This hand-crafted rum is a blend of pure citrus sweet natural Tahitian lime with premium Caribbean Rum. A delicious “lime-ade” after-taste that sits on your tongue.

Lime Daiquiri
2 oz Shipwreck Lime Rum
.5 oz fresh lime juice
Shake hard with ice until frappe. Strain into chilled coupe and garnish with dried lime wheel.
Mango Mojito
1.5 oz Shipwreck Mango Rum
.5 oz lime juice
10-15 mint leaves
Club soda
Add first three ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake and strain into highball with fresh ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with mint, lime wheel, and linen suit.
Shipwreck Mango Rum can be replaced with Shipwreck Coconut Rum, Shipwreck Vanilla Rum, Shipwreck Lime Rum, or Shipwreck Spiced Rum.
Scurvy Dog
1.5 oz Shipwreck Lime Rum
.5 oz Shipwreck Coconut Rum
.25 oz Licor 43
.5 oz agave nectar
.75 oz lime juice
.75 oz egg white
Optional: Angostura bitters
Dry shake all ingredients for 10 seconds. Shake then with ice to chill. Double strain into rocks glass with large cube.
Transatlantic
2 oz Shipwreck Lime Rum
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz jasmine green tea
.75 oz pistachio orgeat
1 dash cardamom bitters
Spritz of rose water
Optional: Mint garnish
Add first 5 ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake and strain into rocks glass with fresh ice. Top with spritz of rose water. Garnish with mint if desired.
Watermelon Lime Cooler
1.5 oz Shipwreck Lime Rum
1 oz watermelon juice
.5 oz fresh lime juice
.25 oz watermelon liqueur
Club soda
Shake first four ingredients briefly with ice. Strain into highball glass with fresh ice. Top with club soda and garnish with watermelon slice.
