Let’s welcome 2017 summer with this delicious Dogajolo Frosé Recipe.
Ingredients
½ bottle of Dogajolo Rosato
4 ounces of strawberries (quartered)
and more for garnish
¼ cup of sugar
¼ cup of water
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
Ice
Sprig of mint
Preparation
1. Pour half bottle of Dogajolo Rosato into a freezer safe container; chill for 6 hours.
2. Dissolve sugar into the water, creating a simple syrup. Add strawberries and boil for 3 minutes. Strain berries from juice and chill for 30 minutes.
3. Add chilled Dogajolo Rosato, ice, strawberry syrup and lemon juice into blender. Blend until consistency looks slush-like.
4. Pour into wine glass and garnish with a strawberry and sprig of mint.
