1/2 oz Meletti 1870
1 1/2 oz Barr Hill Tom Cat Gin
1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
1/4 oz Honey Syrup (2:1)
Garnish: Grapefruit Twist
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir to combine. Strain into a rocks glass over a large, clear cube. Express a grapefruit peel overtop and garnish with a twist.
