Espresso Pina Colada Milkshake

1 1/2 oz. Meletti Caffe Liquore

1 oz. White Rum

1 oz. Pineapple juice

1/2 oz. Lime juice

1/2 oz. Simple syrup

4 oz. Coconut Cream

2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream

6-7 large ice cubes

 

Blend on high for 30-45 seconds. Pour into a large glass. Garnish with a straw, 2 pineapple fronds and espresso dust. Serve and enjoy!
