
1.75 oz Dutch Barn Vodka
3.33 oz Mediterranean tonic
2 dashes orange bitters
Pour Dutch Barn Vodka and Mediterranean tonic over ice in a tall glass or square wine glass. Add two dashes of orange bitters over the ice. Add a pink grapefruit slice.
Take a rosemary sprig and clap it to release the oils. Place rosemary behind the grapefruit, against the glass. Raise both garnishes so they stand up out of the glass.
