Orchard Vodka Mule

1.75 oz Dutch Barn Vodka

3.33 oz Dry ginger ale

2 dashes Orange bitters

Garnish: Half-moon orange slice and fresh sprigs of thyme

 

Pour Dutch Barn Vodka and dry-aged ginger ale in a tall glass or square wine glass. Add a scoop of cubed ice in large squares to fill most of the glass. Add 2 dashes of orange bitters over the ice. Garnish with half-moon slice of orange. Place a couple of sprigs of fresh thyme so they sit behind the orange against the glass. Position the thyme so it sticks out of the glass.
