A light- to medium-bodied white, with hints of smoke, spices and grilled herbs serving as a subtle aromatic thread that winds through flavors of crunchy white peach, persimmon and salted almond. Shows pleasing plumpness, but is reined in nicely by tangy acidity and a minerally underpinning. Chardonnay and Viura.
