Catarratto
A straw colored wine that displays structure and balance, with good intensity and persistent finish. Overall, a wine with good body and harmony with all the character of its native terroir. Can be enjoyed on its own but pairs beautifully with seafood, white meats, and soft goat cheese.

A citrusy, herbal nose incorporates balanced undertones of stone and honeydew, before a palate sparkling with more citrus, acidity and minerality. On the finish, a streak of white pepper creates a stickiness that provides contrast against the acidity and salinity of the soil undertones.

A crisp and mineral Catarratto here with lime, sea salt and green spice. Tangy and saline palate with a bright, mineral finish. Light-bodied and delicious.

The nose of this Catarratto made with organic grapes is honeyed and rich, balanced against notes of capsicum and peppercorns and a bit of lemon zest. Lemons, honey and peaches come together on the palate for a suntea profile, with some fresh cut yellow and green apples lingering on the finish.
