A small batch, molasses-based, 80 proof white rum. Rebellion Rum has sweet hints of vanilla, tropical fruit, and almond on the nose, followed by fresh citrus notes. A full body produces flavors of marzipan and lime peel. The finish is dry. Great for rum-based cocktails.
