Valpolicella Classico DOC
Cesari’s introduction into the appellation is produced from vineyards scattered throughout the historic Classico area of the Valpolicella appellation. Smooth and dry on the palate, this well-balanced, fruit-forward red offers a fresh bouquet of wild berries with floral undertones. This blend of native grape varieties is vinified entirely in stainless steel, resting for 6 months prior to bottling.
