Pour first two ingredients into old-fashioned soda glass with ice, stir lightly to combine, top with club soda.

5 dashes Abbots Bitters

.5 oz Shipwreck Coconut Rum Cream
.5 oz lemon juice
.5 oz Giffard Banane du Bresil liqueur
Shake, strain over crushed ice in tumbler. Garnish with Jamaican all spice, lemon twist, umbrella and monkey.

• ½ cinnamon stick
• Cayenne to taste

Add all ingredients to sauce pan and heat slowly. Stir gently to combine and serve in a warmed glass mug.

Pumpkin Pie
1 oz Shipwreck Vanilla Rum
1 oz Rye whiskey
2 oz pumpkin purée
.5 oz spiced simple syrup*
.5 oz lemon juice
Shake hard with ice to combine. Double strain into coupe. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
*Add whichever fall spices you like to the simple syrup and heat for 15 minutes. These spices can include star anise, clove, cinnamon, black pepper, and orange zest.
Spiked Hot Chocolate
• 2 oz Meletti Cioccolato
• 1 oz Shipwreck Vanilla Rum
• 0.5 oz Shipwreck Spiced Rum
• Cinnamon, Cayenne, Sea Salt to Taste
Combine all ingredients & warm in a saucepan over low heat or microwave on low in small increments of 10 seconds at a time until desired temperature. Garnish with cinnamon, cayenne, or sea salt to taste.

.5 oz Licor 43
4 dashes The Bitter Truth Chocolate bitters
1 oz cream
Shake with ice and strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with shaved chocolate.
